Over a year ago I opened a laser clinic and I needed some chairs in my office. purchased a high end chair from OBSCO. Unfortunately as in in every manufacturing line we have some faulty parts, that is what happened to my chair. My cylinder start leaking and there was lots of oil around the chair. I reported the issue and I was directed to Josh, the store consultant. Josh exceeded every expectations! Josh went beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up with me on this issue. He is very professional, and very conscientious about the quality of his work. Josh makes the difference with his customers with his personable attitude and focus on their needs.
