Creating Your Account

Creating your account is easy! OBSCO is a wholesale supplier for licensed professionals and students in the industry. For new customers, you are required to provide your license or business number which is requested at the bottom of the form. For students, please provide proof of enrolment as an attachment. If you are currently a customer of OBSCO’s, you can provide your account ID in the registration form. Once your information has been submitted we will process you and you will be notified by email once approved.

Already have an OBSCO account?

Are you currently an in-store customer of OBSCO’s with an account ID/number now looking to shop online with us? Unfortunatley our in-store account database doesn’t link automatically to our online store database. Don’t worry, you can still shop online — it simply means that we will still need you to complete the registering form and fill out your billing/shipping information online. There is an area in the form for you to enter your account number. As an already existing customer with us, the approval process is much faster! You’ll be shopping with us in no time.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Once we receive your order, it will need to be processed. Please allow 1-2 days for processing as we will need to adapt to our new online ordering system.

Shipping/Delivery Costs:

OBSCO provides next day delivery in the Ottawa region. Orders need to be in by noon for this service.* If you’re out of town we do our very best to get you the lowest shipping rate possible and all orders are calculated at checkout based upon your billing address. Contact us if you are out of the Ottawa, Hull or Gatineau area. Alternatively, if you’re in the Ottawa area you can place your order online, select the “pick up at store” option at checkout and collect your items in-store at your convenience. We provide FREE parking located at the left side of our building. Always best to give us a quick call before arriving to ensure that your online order is ready for pick up.

*Again, please allow for a bit of leeway on time when ordering online as our online shop process is new. We are working hard to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
