YOUR INFO

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. If your address is an apartment, condominium, or commercial building, please include your apartment or suite number.  If your order is delivered to a business address, please include the business name for easier delivery. If a buzzer number is necessary to enter your building, please include it as well. Please also make sure that your billing information is exactly the same as the information on file with your bank; otherwise, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, your package will be returned or abandoned. It is customer’s responsibility for the charges occur, including the shipping and return shipping cost, tax and/or other charges. If you notice any errors or damage with your order please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping charges shown above apply to Continental USA only. Extra charges apply for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please provide a street address for delivery by UPS. If you only have a PO Box address, please select a shipping method by postal service.

PRICES

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. Your credit card or PayPal statement however will show our charge (billed as OBSCO or obsco.ca) in your currency, USD. The dollar amount in your invoice will be converted to USD on the day that you make your payment. To convert from and to Canadian dollars at the latest exchange rate, you can use Bank of Canada’s Currency Converter. This currency conversion tool gives you an estimate NOT a guaranteed rate. No Canadian Sales Tax will be collected on US orders.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

Please be sure to provide all of your correct billing information on the order form, including the exact name on the credit card, your exact billing address and your phone number. This information should be the same as the information that appears on your monthly credit card statement and bank record. If our online system can not verify the transaction and we will need to request further information from you. All information provided to us is confidential.

SHIPPING FEES

The shipping charges are discounted rates for orders weighing less than 2 LB or 1.0 KG; An order with heavier, oversized items and/or going to a rural/remote area may incur additional shipping surcharge. You will be notified by email or phone if additional fees need to be charged to your account to cover shipping surcharges.

Orders delivered by Canada Post or USPS (Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost) can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, then a card will be left informing you that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest post office.

All shipments are insured and trackable. Once your order is shipped, usually within 24 hours from the order is placed, we will email you the shipping information including a tracking number.

FREE SHIPPING

Our Free Shipping rule and fees have recently changed due to rising costs. The Free Shipping option is automatically available once your online purchase is $175 or more for in-town purchases and within Canada. Shipping large furniture does not apply to free shipping. Flat rate shipping fees apply to customers in the United States. Not spending $175 or more with us? — no worries, we have low flat rates you can see during the checkout process. Please note there is a minimum $75 amount to shop our online store.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipping, Expedited Parcel by Canada Post in Canada, and USPS or UPS Ground to USA, generally delivers in 1-7 (3-8 to US) business days. For the remote/rural areas, it takes extra days to deliver, and in some cases the shipping surcharge may apply.

UPS Express Saver is guaranteed to deliver on the next business day to most metropolitan areas. For some remote/rural areas, it may take extra one or two days to deliver, and the shipping surcharge may apply.

Most of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario. When a delivery time range is indicated, for example, UPS Ground 1-6 days, the closer your area is to us, the faster your order will deliver. For example, UPS Ground delivers to major cities in Ontario in 1 day, to Quebec in 2 days, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan in 3 days, BC in 4 days, etc.

RETURNS

No cash refunds – store credit only.

USED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Any damaged goods or order errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Any items returned 30 days after purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Manufactures warranties apply.
